Vanaf 12 oktober krijg je de eerste twee te-laat brieven van de bib nu ook in je mailbox in plaats van je brievenbus! Goed voor het milieu én gemakkelijk voor jou.
Herinneringsmail
Als je boeken of andere materialen in de bibliotheek leent, dan ontvang je eerst drie dagen vóór je deze moet terugbrengen of verlengen een herinnering per mail.
Te-laatbrief
Vanaf 12 oktober ontvang je ook de eerste en tweede te-laatbrief via e-mail als je de boeken of andere materialen niet op tijd terug brengt. Tenzij je geen mail adres hebt, dan wordt de brief opgestuurd per post.
Reserveringsbericht
Als je boeken of andere materialen reserveert, ontvang je een e-mail wanneer deze voor je klaarstaan in de bibliotheek.
Deel dus gerust je e-mailadres mee als je deze communicatie online wil laten verlopen. En ook als je onze nieuwsbrief zou willen ontvangen - voor de nieuwsbrief kan je je ook inschrijven via deze website-link.
Vous êtes membre des bibliothèques publiques bruxelloises néerlandophones. Pour nous, un bon service à la clientèle est très important. C'est pour cela qu'à partir de septembre, nous élargissons notre service mail. C'est bon pour l'environnement et pratique pour vous.
Rappel par mail
Si vous empruntez des livres ou d'autres matériaux dans une bibliothèque, vous recevrez un message par mail trois jours avant l'expiration de la période du prêt.
Lettre de retard
A partir de septembre, vous recevrez également la première et la deuxième lettre de retard par mail si vous restituez trop tard vos livres ou autres matériaux empruntés.
Message de réservation
Si vous réservez des livres ou d'autres matériaux, vous recevrez un mail lorsque les titres réservés sont disponibles dans la bibliothèque. Ces messages ne seront donc plus envoyés par lettre.

Reminder Email
If you borrow books or other materials from the library, you will receive a reminder email to return or renew the library materials three days before the due date.
Overdue Notice
Starting from September, you will receive the first and second overdue notice by email if the library materials are overdue.
Request Notice
If you request library materials, you will receive a request notice from the moment that the items are available for you. Request notices will no longer be sent by post.
